LASER

TTLTL3015G - Fiberlaser IPG

Powerful Fiber Laser

Stable machine suitable for most materials. For example, metals, coated metal, plastic, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.

Fiber laser is a relatively new application of a technology used in the telecom industry where optical amplification using fiber laser was developed in 1987.

In a fiber laser, the laser beam is generated in optical fibers doped with an element that is either Ytterbium (Yb) or Erbium (Er) depending on the desired wavelength.

Energy efficient and low operating costs

The fiber laser has such a high efficiency that, in small applications such as labeling, it only needs air cooling. In practice, this makes the fiber laser maintenance-free. Fiber lasers for machining such as laser welding, laser coating, laser cutting and laser drilling where the laser power is more than about 100 watts otherwise require normal water cooling. The estimated life of the fiber laser is more than 100,000 hours of operation (average running time to breakdown is 300000 hours)

The machine is CE marked and adapted to European conditions. It comes complete with complete protection around the machine. It is also possible to have the machine with an optional switchboard for smooth material handling in and out of the machine. The machine works with a plate while the operator picks up on the other table. This significantly increases productivity! It comes with a manual in English.
